This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
β’ Provide leadership in technology and product delivery for the enterprise Human Resources sector.
β’ Direct technology strategy, platform management, architectural capacity, execution of delivery, application reliability, and ongoing enhancement across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and HR products.
β’ Establish product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and measurable outcomes in collaboration with HR leaders.
β’ Act as the technology steward for Oracle Fusion HCM, assessing platform capabilities, configuration, extensibility, AI, automation, analytics, and agent-based functionalities.
β’ Co-manage multidisciplinary HR product teams encompassing functional, technical, integration, data, UX, architecture, cybersecurity, change, and operations.
β’ Drive continuous delivery of new capabilities, releases, integrations, optimizations, management of technical debt, and production support.
β’ Coordinate Oracle HCM with Payroll, UKG, Finance, identity/access, enterprise data platforms, and other workforce technologies.
β’ Ensure accountability for reliability, service performance, security, technical health, quality of delivery, and financial stewardship.
β’ Collaborate with HR leadership to prioritize initiatives and communicate strategy, roadmaps, outcomes, investments, risks, and decisions.
β’ Develop and lead technology capabilities, coach team members, enhance product-team methodologies, and manage internal staff, strategic partners, vendors, and Oracle relationships.
β’ Promote responsible adoption of AI, automation, digital assistants, analytics, and agent-based functionalities.
β’ Streamline the technology landscape, minimize customization and technical debt, enhance user experience, and boost strategic platform value.
β’ Over eight (8) years of experience in application development within a complex multi-platform environment, ideally with Oracle HCM and HR Products.
β’ More than four (4) years of direct management experience, including implementations of vendor-packaged systems.
β’ Proven experience overseeing teams in complex enterprise-level implementation and support of vendor-supplied software.
β’ Proficient in software development, client/server architecture, relational databases, systems integration, and networking technologies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare, or a related field in Computer Science.
β’ Preferred Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Certification or another relevant Oracle HCM module certification.
β’ PMP and/or ScrumMaster (CSM preferred) certification is a plus.
