This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main Employee Relations representative for Manufacturing & Commercial employees located in Canada while also supporting client groups in the United States.

β€’ Offer guidance and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees regarding employee relations issues.

β€’ Handle employee complaints and concerns, determine appropriate next steps, and ensure resolution in line with company policy and relevant legislation.

β€’ Advise employees and management on matters related to performance management, discipline, restructuring, legal issues, investigations, conflict management, crisis management, and labor relations.

β€’ Create and implement proactive employee and labor relations strategies utilizing data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

β€’ Oversee restructuring initiatives that lead to employee transitions.

β€’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on escalated HR issues.

β€’ Record cases in ServiceNow and, when necessary, escalate to the ER/HR Director.

β€’ Convert data and insights into actionable recommendations and strategies.

β€’ Lead or assist with ER/HR projects and change initiatives across Operations, Commercial, and Americas Employee Relations teams.

β€’ Document complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR).


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant HR experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.

β€’ Bilingual in French and English β€” REQUIRED.

β€’ Strong understanding of Provincial Labour Legislation.

β€’ Proven track record in managing labor-related issues before Provincial Labour Boards.

β€’ Experience in developing and implementing strategies and recommendations for Senior Leadership.

β€’ Experience in partnering, influencing, and/or coaching Senior Leadership.

β€’ Skills in project management and process mapping.

β€’ Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and presentation abilities.

β€’ Preferred: Certified HR designation.

β€’ Preferred: Certification in project management and process mapping.

β€’ Preferred: Certification in coaching or conflict resolution.
