πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.

β€’ Oversee the complete recruiting process for open roles in the US, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers.

β€’ Manage the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing preboarding, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding/exits.

β€’ Assist in the performance management cycles, covering OKRs/KPIs, quarterly evaluations, and PIP documentation.

β€’ Update and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal documentation.

β€’ Administer benefits, leave, and compliance-related processes.

β€’ Address employee relations issues by tackling workplace concerns, escalating when necessary, and keeping documentation.

β€’ Support organizational initiatives including team restructuring, internal mobility, and engagement programs.

β€’ Ensure accurate HR data management and produce headcount, turnover, and HR metric reports for leadership.

β€’ Enhance and streamline HR processes and workflows utilizing HRIS, ATS, and internal tools.

β€’ Contribute to fostering a positive company culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or related HR operations position.

β€’ Practical experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably for US-based roles.

β€’ Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

β€’ Proficient in working with HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.

β€’ Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

β€’ Capability to manage sensitive employee issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.

β€’ Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required for daily cross-functional and international communication.

β€’ Knowledge of Ukrainian is a significant advantage.
