Principal GTM Systems Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create enterprise architecture for go-to-market systems.

• Lead the deployment of AI-enhanced workflows and agents utilizing Salesforce Agentforce.

• Architect, develop, and supervise sophisticated Salesforce solutions leveraging Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, and other platform functionalities.

• Propel scalable system design by applying object-oriented programming principles and best practices in enterprise architecture.

• Take ownership of the strategy and technical execution of integrations across the GTM stack using Workato, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.

• Utilize Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, construct, test, and resolve issues in complex solutions.

• Design enterprise data models and advanced scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead/account scoring.

• Collaborate with GTM leadership to align business objectives with technical specifications and system designs.

• Provide mentorship to GTM engineers and administrators on code reviews, sprint planning, documentation, testing, and deployment processes.

• Report to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or a comparable advanced technical position.

• Expert-level, hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, encompassing complex data modeling, API integrations, advanced automation, and security frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and design solutions across a multi-platform GTM technology stack.

• Profound knowledge of object-oriented programming (Apex, Python, JavaScript) and modular design.

• Significant experience in building enterprise integrations utilizing Workato, Zapier, JSON, REST APIs, and middleware.

• Experience in designing or configuring advanced AI solutions (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce).

• Strong strategic problem-solving abilities with a talent for converting ambiguous executive requirements into technical blueprints.

• Exceptional technical communication and documentation skills, with a proven history of facilitating system adoption.
