Principal GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain comprehensive outbound pipeline infrastructure that includes Clay enrichment workflows, Outreach sequencing, and HubSpot CRM integration.

• Incorporate usage signals from the Particle platform into Clay for enrichment and scoring, establishing a dynamic prioritized PQL queue.

• Create and maintain Claude API integrations that produce persona-specific email content for Fleet/Asset Optimization and Connected Product ICP segments.

• Ensure the integrity and hygiene of HubSpot GTM data by implementing automated quality controls and minimizing manual data entry within RevOps workflows.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leadership to pinpoint workflow bottlenecks and prioritize investments in infrastructure.

• Convert GTM strategy into operational systems.

• Develop and maintain internal runbooks and documentation for the GTM stack.

• Assess and propose new tools, APIs, and automation techniques while managing tool proliferation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing GTM automation or revenue engineering systems within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.

• Proficient in Clay, Outreach or Salesloft, HubSpot, and enrichment APIs like Clearbit or Apollo.

• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript.

• Experience in creating API integrations, scheduled workflows, and data transformation pipelines.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, particularly Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, for prompt-driven automation or content generation.

• Knowledge of product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.

• Capability to link behavioral event data to downstream sales and marketing processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical system designs to non-technical GTM stakeholders.

• Experience with IoT, hardware plus subscription, or developer-focused products is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
