This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Support the implementation of training initiatives for field-based sales personnel, which includes Enterprise Account Sales Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists.
• Organize and facilitate field training sessions alongside the Program Sales Training Manager and District Manager.
• Distribute training schedules, learning paths, and instructional playbooks.
• Generate reports analyzing the effectiveness of field training programs and maintain detailed training records.
• Ensure that new hires comprehend product information and internal processes, including Allego, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Training, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Contracts, and Pricing to execute training programs.
• Evaluate new hire retention of training materials and sessions.
• Accompany new hires during field visits, providing feedback to them and their direct managers, suggesting growth opportunities, and addressing any gaps.
• Observe new hires during sales calls to assess their demonstration of instruments and presentation abilities.
• Keep up-to-date product knowledge and marketing strategies to serve as a resource for new hires.
• Deliver exemplary product demonstrations for key products.
• Organize and conduct weekly, biweekly, and monthly check-in calls with new hires during their first year.
• Identify any unmet training requirements and assist in developing curriculum alongside the Sales Training Program Manager.
• Liaise with the Training Director, Regional Sales Director, District Sales Manager, and Field Coaches to address new hire training and development needs.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years with an Advanced degree.
• Background in Field sales.
• Previous experience in training or coaching is preferred.
• Familiarity with or willingness to train on Allego LMS.
• Proven ability to deliver effective training in both virtual and in-person formats.
• Demonstrated capacity to leverage internal resources and effectively plan within their regional territory.
• Skill in preparing comprehensive written evaluations and improvement recommendations.
• Creative approach to keeping training sessions engaging and exciting.
• Competency in administering and organizing a learning curriculum.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and communicate the designs and results of clinical studies.
• Desired proficiency in conducting searches of clinical literature.
• Experience in ENT Navigation / Head and Neck is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification that meets the standards of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and stay overnight as required.
