This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.
• Complete the elaboration of requirements and design of system functionalities for intricate enterprise-wide business needs.
• Identify business requirements and facilitate collaborative work sessions.
• Document, clarify, and prioritize requirements and specifications effectively.
• Manage scope to inform functional, architectural, and technical designs.
• Facilitate the design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of sophisticated technical solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, business rule and data mapping, risk assessment, traceability mapping, and ROI balancing.
• Convert business requirements and processes into complex, enterprise-level functional designs.
• Perform systems analysis and facilitate code reverse engineering as necessary.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation, management of releases and phases, and systems analysis techniques.
• Create and document functional designs while managing impacts on upstream and downstream systems.
• Act as an expert advisor or subject matter expert in systems analysis and process design.
• Guide business partners on alternative technology solutions.
• Review documents and models from Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Support program and portfolio management by breaking down projects and planning production releases.
• Develop scope and implementation strategies, including incremental or iterative phases.
• Communicate impacts, risks, and gaps effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate teams in defining, analyzing, and developing enterprise solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior staff members.
• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (if required).
• Over 8 years of experience in a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing, and/or claims experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of payer systems and the functions of enrollment, processing, and automation.
• EDI 834 experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
