This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring retention, growth, and achievement of sales targets.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that outline client priorities, opportunities, stakeholders, risks, and revenue growth strategies.
• Cultivate multi-level relationships, from daily champions to senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Identify, develop, and secure expansion opportunities across Wealth.com's offerings and solutions.
• Oversee renewal processes and commercial discussions, including pricing, negotiation, procurement, and contract management.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise clients.
• Conduct executive business reviews and strategic discussions to showcase measurable value.
• Track account health, adoption, engagement, and organizational changes to minimize risks and discover growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Compliance, and leadership teams.
• Advocate for major clients internally and translate client and market insights into product and commercial strategies.
• Develop repeatable strategies and best practices for enterprise retention and growth.
• Share knowledge and assist colleagues in advancing their skills within the Account Management team.
• Ability to quickly gain credibility with sophisticated enterprise clients and develop a comprehensive understanding of their businesses, priorities, and operations.
• Strong executive presence paired with excellent relationship management skills.
• Keen commercial instincts and the capability to navigate intricate organizational structures.
• Proficient in independently managing a portfolio, safeguarding existing revenue, building a robust expansion pipeline, and consistently meeting commercial objectives.
• Ability to foresee risks and opportunities before they arise.
• Confidence in engaging in executive and commercial discussions with a solution-focused approach.
