Principal Engineer, OBDX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and solution design of OBDX/Channel for Corporate Banking applications.

• Convert business needs into efficient OBDX/Channel solutions and functional designs.

• Drive enhancements and optimizations in business processes throughout banking transformation projects.

• Create and document integrations, APIs, and comprehensive solution specifications.

• Collaborate with Business Users, Technology Leads, and international teams.

• Review solution documentation, identify deficiencies, and propose suitable strategies.

• Assist in all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, testing, and production support.

• Work on distributed banking applications and integrations based on APIs.

• Foster effective communication and teamwork among business and technology stakeholders.

• Juggle multiple priorities and deliverables within extensive banking transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 11 years of total experience.

• Significant experience with Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) / Oracle Banking Channels.

• Extensive background in Corporate Banking implementation and the banking sector.

• Proficient hands-on experience in OBDX/Channel product design and execution.

• Strong background in Business Process Management, process optimization, and transformation.

• Solid experience in System Integration, distributed applications, and API Connect.

• Experience in large-scale banking transformation projects.

• Adept in business requirements gathering, solution documentation, and detailed design specifications.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and international collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with all stages of the SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and support.

• Experience engaging with Business Users, Technology Leads, and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a relevant postgraduate qualification.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
