This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the vision, roadmap, governance model, and operational framework for the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Create standards, best practices, reusable design patterns, and governance frameworks across the platform.

• Oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various enterprise functions.

• Encourage the use of App Engine and low-code/no-code functionalities.

• Spearhead the implementation and integration of AI-driven capabilities, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Automation Engine.

• Develop and sustain reusable accelerators, integration frameworks, workflows, APIs, templates, and automation components.

• Promote platform scalability, standardization, governance compliance, and asset reusability.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation and AI-driven transformation opportunities.

• Facilitate citizen development while ensuring security, governance, and architectural compliance.

• Build, mentor, and guide high-performing cross-functional teams.

• Create training programs, playbooks, and best practices for the adoption and development of ServiceNow.

• Assess emerging ServiceNow capabilities and foster continuous platform innovation.

• Track platform usage, adoption, automation results, and accelerator utilization for ongoing improvement.

• Lead innovation initiatives, hackathons, and internal accelerator programs to maximize business value derived from the ServiceNow platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience.

• Extensive experience in leading and establishing a ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Practical expertise with ServiceNow App Engine for low-code/no-code application development.

• Significant experience with ServiceNow AI functionalities, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Automation Engine.

• Broad experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and CSM modules.

• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, scalability, and best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in building reusable accelerators, frameworks, workflows, integrations, APIs, templates, and automation assets.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, scripting, and platform customization.

• Experience in driving platform standardization, governance, and enterprise-wide adoption.

• Experience facilitating and governing citizen development initiatives.

• Proven leadership experience managing architects, developers, administrators, and business analysts.

• Experience in Agile environments and enterprise digital transformation programs.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Preferred ServiceNow certifications include CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, App Engine, or AI certifications.
