This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Evaluate design modifications to assess their impact on the overall product design and functionality.
• Create necessary documentation for modifications in product design.
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturers to set up processes for reporting changes.
• Examine released engineering change data and documentation to ensure adherence to configuration management standards and policies.
• Gather and manage blueprints, specifications, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Ensure that documents are stored and disposed of according to internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Implement procedures for document approval, distribution, modification, and disposal.
• Utilize electronic document and record management systems as required.
• Generate written materials that support product development, including operation, maintenance, and repair manuals, tutorials, specifications, and help systems.
• Conduct interviews with technical personnel to gather product information and specifications.
• Organize technical data and product images while coordinating publication layouts.
• Comply with terminology, style, and editorial quality standards.
• An Associate's Degree and 8-10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Competency in computer skills.
• Effective planning capabilities.
• Leadership qualities.
• Capability to remain seated at a desk and/or computer for extended durations.
