Principal Data Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Formulate the enterprise data strategy and create a comprehensive roadmap.

• Design cloud-based data architectures and platforms that are scalable.

• Spearhead Master Data Management initiatives.

• Construct reliable and governed data solutions for analytics and AI applications.

• Set up standards for enterprise data governance, quality, and architecture.

• Engage with and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of data strategy with business goals.

• Design modern data solutions utilizing Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, APIs, and streaming technologies.

• Provide guidance on enterprise data investments and strategic direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Data or Enterprise Architecture.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Snowflake.

• Strong proficiency in cloud data platforms, with a preference for Azure.

• Experience in Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Governance.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with AWS is preferred.

• Experience in AI/ML data platforms is preferred.

• Certifications in cloud or data architecture are preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Must comply with applicable United States export control regulations.
