Principal Consultant – Product Lifecycle Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute intricate client project activities.

• Develop strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Manage, guide, and deliver integration projects effectively.

• Lead and oversee mid-complexity projects, including MA transfer, technology transfer, organic growth, divestment, and organizational projects.

• Plan, structure, and supervise project activities in line with established project management standards.

• Manage diverse cross-functional teams across Operations, QA, RA, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, clients, sellers, and CMOs.

• Own project planning, milestone tracking, roadmaps, and governance deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations, including GxP where applicable.

• Monitor product supply, sales demands, project status, and CMO production plans.

• Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and revenue/margin implications.

• Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.

• Support evaluations of business cases and financial assessments.

• Identify, prioritize, and address operational project issues and risks.

• Maintain project governance tools.

• Handle escalations and make critical decisions.

• Prepare and facilitate problem-solving meetings and decision forums.

• Report project status to stakeholders and leadership.

• Manage communication and coordination with external partners and suppliers.

• Document and track essential actions and decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management within the life sciences sector.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of change management and process management principles.

• Ability to present effectively to all levels of stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
