Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM, Core HR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain consistent communication with mid- to large-sized clients, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues that arise.

• Align client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methodologies, troubleshoot problems, and recommend best-practice solutions.

• Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionalities, bridging any functionality gaps through process or design adjustments.

• Configure Oracle Cloud to fulfill client specifications and document the application setups accordingly.

• Lead discussions and presentations for clients and internal teams, advising on available options, potential risks, and impacts.

• Manage the scope and client expectations throughout various assignments and daily operations.

• Guide and assist clients during test-script execution.

• Engage in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design development.

• Provide knowledge transfer and serve as a thought leader in Oracle Cloud.

• Create detailed specification documents for the development of technical objects.

• Implement, test, and maintain enhancements, reconfigurations, and new functionalities or modules.

• Manage and expand client accounts through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and account planning.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and resolving any issues or complaints.

• Comprehend client business objectives and offer strategic insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to align client needs with Argano offerings.

• Prepare and deliver reports to management and clients regarding performance metrics and account status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field.

• Module-specific expertise in Core HR.

• Completion of 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

• Ability to comprehend fundamental system design and its purpose.

• Capable of engaging effectively at both business and technical levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Oracle certification in your areas of expertise is preferred.

• Highly preferred experience with Redwood implementation and upgrades.

• Experience in managing and delivering projects independently, including planning, estimating, and leading mid-sized client engagements.

• Proven ability to support sales as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Awareness of challenges typically faced by client and support teams.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated with the capability to manage priorities across multiple clients.

• Experience in providing complex solutions to clients.

• Extensive knowledge across multiple technical domains and a broad understanding of IT.

• Demonstrated success in project management and achieving client satisfaction.
