This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Gather, organize, structure, analyze, and report HR metrics and data sourced from Workday, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor practices, and various other channels.
β’ Examine data and statistics to identify trends and patterns concerning attrition, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
β’ Design and develop business and client-facing data presentations.
β’ Generate reports, showcase results, and emphasize findings along with areas requiring further attention.
β’ Assist HR Business Leaders in performance management and the merit increase/bonus processes by collecting relevant data and conducting follow-up activities.
β’ Offer cross-functional assistance in talent planning, engagement survey evaluations, and action planning initiatives.
β’ Engage in ad hoc Human Resources projects related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, Inclusion & Diversity, and Organizational Design.
β’ Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve data analysis, automate reporting processes, and produce strategic HR insights.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in fields such as employee relations, reporting, compensation, recruitment, training and development, or employee benefits.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
β’ Basic knowledge of Excel formulas, including SUM, AVERAGE, and VLOOKUP.
β’ Experience in creating and managing pivot tables.
β’ Proven ability to create and compile professional PowerPoint presentations.
β’ Proficient in or quick to learn HRIS systems, preferably Workday, payroll, and similar employee management software.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools and concepts.
