This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the people management strategy for the Medicaid RFP Response and Implementation team.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers concerning HR and people management issues.
β’ Foster strong business relationships and facilitate the transfer of HR requests and solutions between the business unit and HR.
β’ Apply HR best practices and assist in the execution of HR processes.
β’ Identify shortcomings, recommend modifications, and address potential risks.
β’ Propel performance enhancements and foster positive transformations in people management.
β’ Lead change management initiatives and oversee HR-related internal and external communications.
β’ Assist in HR activities related to RFP submissions and the subsequent establishment of new business.
β’ Construct, manage, and interpret data that supports RFPs and the implementation of new business.
β’ Align and coordinate resources for the operational commencement of new state contracts, modifications to existing contracts, and re-bids.
β’ Aid in cross-functional projects involving workforce planning, staffing models, RFP responses, and new business implementations.
β’ Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and visualizations from intricate workforce or operational data.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of prior HR experience or business support experience.
β’ At least 2 years of proven experience in report creation and data analysis.
β’ Familiarity with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence and analytics tool for generating reports, dashboards, or visualizations.
β’ Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of presenting complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
β’ Reliable home internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.
β’ Capacity to work from a dedicated space without interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
