Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud EPM, EPBCS, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead for Oracle EPM EPBCS Planning in healthcare EPM Planning projects.

• Offer hands-on leadership for implementation backed by extensive experience with Hyperion, Oracle on-premises, and Oracle Cloud Planning solutions.

• Design and implement solutions while guiding, mentoring, and providing technical direction to consultants and delivery teams.

• Develop and enforce technical implementation standards for healthcare planning solutions and associated operational planning accelerators.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design using principles that enhance scalability, maintainability, and the reuse of existing capabilities.

• Oversee the development and ongoing improvement of Alithya’s healthcare solutions, accelerators, and reusable intellectual property.

• Assist in healthcare presales activities by offering technical insights, shaping solutions, forming estimates, and discussing design considerations.

• Propel the success of healthcare planning initiatives by directing the design and execution of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent education, or pertinent professional experience.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully guiding teams in a collaborative consulting environment.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze intricate business requirements and devise practical, scalable solutions.

• Strong client-facing capabilities with the acumen to build trust, manage expectations, and direct solution decisions.

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical quality assurance skills.

• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities, including the capacity to convey complex solutions to non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively, stay accountable for results, and maintain strong organizational and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Proficiency in English.

• Extensive experience with Hyperion, Oracle on-premises, and Oracle Cloud Planning solutions.
