This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete solution architecture for implementations of Financial Services Cloud and digital transformation projects.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, business sponsors, operations executives, and technology teams.
• Conduct discovery workshops that address business goals, customer journeys, operational challenges, compliance requirements, and future-state necessities.
• Create scalable solution designs, architecture diagrams, data models, and implementation timelines.
• Design solutions that facilitate client onboarding, household management, financial accounts, referrals, relationship management, service operations, sales processes, and client engagement.
• Establish enterprise data architecture, governance frameworks, security models, compliance measures, and integration strategies.
• Develop solutions that adhere to privacy, security, auditability, and data-retention standards.
• Lead the strategy and planning for data migration from legacy CRM, banking, insurance, wealth management, or servicing platforms.
• Provide architectural oversight through design reviews, configuration guidance, testing strategies, deployment planning, and post-production optimization.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Promote the adoption of Financial Services Cloud, Flow, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution estimation, proposal creation, architecture reviews, executive presentations, and pursuit strategies.
• Mentor consultants and solution engineers while advocating for architectural standards and best practices in delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• At least 3 years in a role as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Consultant, or a similar leadership position.
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and financial services business processes.
• Strong understanding of the Financial Services Cloud data architecture, including households, relationships, financial accounts, referrals, goals, interactions, and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience in designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions that involve multiple clouds, integrations, and complex data migrations.
• Background in working with banking, insurance, lending, wealth management, capital markets, or other financial services sectors.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, governance, and regulatory aspects within financial services environments.
• Proven track record in developing enterprise data models, security architectures, and integration frameworks.
• Robust understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Financial Services Cloud, Flow, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting abilities.
• Capability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional or equivalent credentials (preferred).
• Salesforce Application Architect Certification (preferred).
• Salesforce System Architect Certification (preferred).
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with core banking systems, policy administration systems, wealth management platforms, loan origination systems, or related financial services technologies (preferred).
• Experience in leading enterprise data migration and modernization projects (preferred).
• Background in supporting pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and executive presentations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale program execution (preferred).
