This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver expert engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for intricate EP product inquiries.
• Act as the primary clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
• Establish and nurture trustworthy business relationships with customers.
• Identify and communicate customer needs, product performance, and sales prospects.
• Offer complex field support on a 24-hour, on-call basis.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of EP products, technical trends, and market competitors.
• Design, lead, and conduct EP product training sessions and programs for healthcare professionals.
• Advise management on market insights and next-generation product features.
• Provide regional EP implant case coverage for designated accounts.
• Support EP Sales Representatives with sales assistance, regional seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product training.
• Mentor and lead EP clinical support personnel.
• Enhance engineering, sales, and technical capabilities in line with the Arrhythmia Management strategy.
• Assist Training and Education teams with advanced seminars and educational resources.
• Support Sales with advanced product demonstrations.
• Keep abreast of developments in your area of expertise, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, market goals, and industry trends.
• Address problems and facilitate measures to prevent their recurrence.
• Carry out related assigned tasks.
• At least 6 years of clinical experience (internal or external).
• Previous industry or competitive experience, if external.
• Exclusively focused on EP.
• Must have served in a Sr. EP CS role for a minimum of 2 years.
• One of the last two performance evaluations must indicate "exceeds expectations."
• IBHRE EP certification is required.
• Capable of performing the most complex EP cases independently.
• Ability to mentor and train EP CS roles and CA CS roles on intricate mapping cases.
• Proficient in conducting complex customer education events to demonstrate the value proposition of the complete ABT portfolio.
• Revenue per case exceeds the national average.
• Ranks in the top half for the number of cases completed across the clinical group at the time of promotion within the defined Region/Area.
• Verification of meeting all vendor credentialing requirements, which may entail vaccination for COVID-19.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.
