Principal, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish operating rhythms, reviews, and forums that ensure the Pro organization remains aligned and focused on key priorities.

• Spearhead and execute cross-functional projects that are vital to the success of Pro.

• Assist leadership in decision-making by framing issues, monitoring KPIs, and identifying gaps or risks at an early stage.

• Maintain systems for reporting, business reviews, roadmap coordination, and cross-team initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership to define and launch initiatives in Spot, Margin, Derivatives, or Infrastructure from concept through to initial execution.

• Develop executive updates, all-hands materials, and strategic memos.

• Serve as the primary intake for inbound requests, triage them, and ensure proper follow-through.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable improvements.

• Utilize business intelligence and data to assist product managers and leadership across Pro.

• Work alongside Compliance and Legal to enhance the product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, Consulting, or similar high-impact roles with measurable outcomes.

• Strong project management abilities and a knack for providing structure in ambiguous situations.

• Proficient in interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and financial/operational metrics.

• Exceptional communication skills adaptable to engage with executives and cross-functional team members.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on execution.

• Self-motivated individual capable of creating a roadmap in the absence of one.

• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing sectors.
