Business Operations Specialist – Live Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee Traba's daily live operations and guarantee that marketplace shifts are carried out without a hitch.

• Prepare for and resolve operational challenges in real-time.

• Collaborate with the Territory Operations Manager to fulfill each customer's requirements.

• Ensure a positive and trustworthy experience for workers before, during, and after their shifts.

• Address worker support issues swiftly to uphold customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with and manage workers to achieve the necessary staffing levels.

• Verify accurate worker clock-in and clock-out times for payment processing.

• Identify areas for enhancing processes, tools, and product efficiency.

• Assist with forward-filling and worker vetting initiatives as required.

• Develop and continuously refine standard operating procedures.

• Acquire knowledge and utilize various internal systems.

• Aid workers in navigating the Traba app and address sensitive, complex platform issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced company within track & trace, logistics coordination, or a comparable role.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks, perform under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Ownership mindset coupled with a strong work ethic.

• A positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a strong sense of customer empathy and concern for workers.

• Proficient customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting customer expectations, and fostering customer relationships.

• Resilience and a readiness to engage in hands-on work.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail balanced with prompt execution.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and uncertain environment.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to operate as an independent contractor and manage corresponding income tax responsibilities.
