Business Operations Specialist – Live Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee Traba's daily live operations to guarantee that marketplace shifts are executed seamlessly.

• Prepare for and address operational challenges in real time.

• Collaborate with the Territory Operations Manager to comprehend customer requirements and shape daily operations.

• Ensure that workers have positive and trusted experiences before, during, and after their shifts.

• Swiftly resolve worker support issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with and manage workers to meet client demands for workforce numbers.

• Ensure accurate clocking in and out of workers for precise payment processing.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and product efficiency.

• Support initiatives for forward-filling or worker-vetting as necessary.

• Develop and continuously refine standard operating procedures.

• Acquire knowledge and mastery of multiple internal systems.

• Assist workers in utilizing the Traba app and address sensitive, complex user-facing platform issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a fast-growing company within track & trace, logistics coordination, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks, perform under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Strong ownership mentality and work ethic.

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, exhibiting strong empathy and care for customers and workers alike.

• Proficient customer management skills, including problem-solving, managing customer expectations, and building strong customer relationships.

• Grit and a readiness to engage in hands-on work.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail complemented by swift execution.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, inclusive of early mornings, weekends, weekdays, and evenings.

• Must function as an independent contractor and manage corresponding income taxes, as Traba is not operational in the worker's country.
