This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Identify, develop, and implement AI-driven products that enhance revenue workflows, banker efficiency, operational effectiveness, and adoption within Corporate and Commercial Banking.
• Take full ownership of designated AI-driven products from initial discovery to managed release, ongoing adoption, and continual enhancement.
• Collaborate directly with bankers and business stakeholders to pinpoint frontline requirements and transform them into products with clear outcomes, delivery pathways, governance criteria, and adoption metrics.
• Convert intricate business challenges into user stories, acceptance standards, backlog priorities, release scope, success indicators, control requirements, and delivery compromises.
• Oversee complex products with minimal oversight, managing priorities, decisions, dependencies, testing, controls, release readiness, and issue resolution across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Integrate risk management, control measures, data privacy, responsible AI practices, and regulatory expectations into product delivery.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, data, and technology partners for review, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Define and track product usage, quality, business impact, adoption rates, and risk and control measures.
• Configure and deliver AI functionalities, including agents, retrieval patterns, data flows, workflow automations, and system integrations.
• Foster alignment among business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations partners regarding decisions and trade-offs.
• Contribute to enhancing team practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, AI, analytics, data products, workflow automation, or a similar field.
• More than 6 years of experience managing complex products, initiatives, or assigned product programs with minimal oversight and demonstrable business results.
• Advanced knowledge of product management, AI-enabled workflow transformation, business process design, governed AI delivery, or data-driven product delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and promoting adoption in a regulated setting while ensuring accountability for product delivery and governance.
• Over 6 years of experience collaborating with users and business stakeholders to define issues, prioritize tasks, manage delivery trade-offs, develop usable solutions, and drive measurable adoption.
• Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, AWS Bedrock, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, commercial banking, sales organizations, or client-facing business environments.
• A thorough background check is mandatory for all new hires.
