Principal Application Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve daily incoming customer support inquiries throughout the EMEA and UK regions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for intricate issues and escalations.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge enhancement.

• Manage escalation processes and guarantee timely, effective resolutions.

• Function within a flat team structure, taking on both first-line and advanced support roles.

• Balance operational support responsibilities with mentoring and process enhancements.

• Participate in special projects and initiatives for process improvement.

• Engage with Unit4 ERP and ERPx through a rotational program.

• Assist customers utilizing the Unit4 ERP platform.

• Reinforce and stabilize a team that has recently undergone changes, ensuring high-quality support delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Unit4 ERP (required).

• In-depth knowledge of the Financial/Logistics module.

• Basic SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting).

• Excellent English communication abilities (both written and verbal).

• Capability to manage standard support cases and intricate escalations.

• Willingness to travel to the Wrocław office 2–3 times annually.

• Advanced SQL proficiency (preferred).

• Experience in mentoring or coaching peers (preferred).

• Background in delivering training sessions (preferred).

• Previous experience managing escalations in a support setting (preferred).

• May require security clearance and background checks for customer projects involving sensitive data.
