This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and execute architectural principles and standards that align with industry practices across Anaplan models.
• Oversee model development activities, including the construction and validation of modules and calculations, as well as security and workflow management, performance enhancement, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to comprehend, prioritize, and provide guidance on application focus and deployment.
• Co-create with Amgen's Finance team by organizing and directing Technology roadmaps.
• Act as a knowledge resource for junior team members.
• Lead operational support in a DevOps framework for the deployed Anaplan solutions.
• Manage and update SDLC documentation utilizing Agile tools such as Confluence.
• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in Information Systems OR Master’s degree and 4 years of experience in Information Systems OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in Information Systems OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience in Information Systems OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in Information Systems.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and overseeing multiple Anaplan Planning solutions.
• Familiarity with Scenario planning and AI/ML modeling is a plus.
• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.
• Experience working within DevOps teams while utilizing Agile tools like Jira.
• Strong learning agility and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and technical leadership, with a natural talent for simplifying and communicating complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Experience with cloud ETL tools (e.g., Databricks) and PowerBI is advantageous.
