This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with enterprise account teams to develop and implement a technical sales strategy for intricate, high-value AI security opportunities from initial discovery to final closing.
• Customize and deliver targeted, outcome-oriented demonstrations of Zscaler’s AI security platform to both technical practitioners and C-level executives.
• Lead customers through demonstrations and proofs of value to confirm secure enterprise AI capabilities.
• Act as the field authority on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agents, prompt workflows, and the prevention of sensitive data exposure and unapproved AI usage.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback into the product development roadmap.
• Develop reusable demo assets, technical resources, enablement playbooks, competitive positioning materials, and training content.
• Share best practices and provide training for enterprise account teams.
• Counsel Fortune 500 executives and architects on the secure deployment of AI technologies.
• Strong foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP orchestration patterns, and associated security risks.
• Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
• Robust knowledge of cybersecurity principles, Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to translate intricate AI architectures into business value and security outcomes.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and go-to-market teams.
• Preferred: experience working with LLM APIs, scripting, creating agentic automation routines, and developing lightweight AI applications.
• Preferred: experience in deploying production AI technologies while managing data leakage, model governance, compliance frameworks, and shadow AI usage.
• Preferred: experience in creating field assets, conducting technical workshops, and developing competitive positioning content.
