📋 Description

• Formulate and convey the strategic, financial, and administrative aspects of proposed and/or executed pricing policies.

• Create pricing recommendations to ensure adherence to established policies.

• Advise on pricing and reimbursement strategies for both current and upcoming products across relevant customer and market segments.

• Analyze competitors to set pricing for new products.

• Contribute insights on final pricing agreements.

• Design and implement market research and analysis initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, specifically in pricing strategy, market optimization, product profitability, tenders, and reimbursements.

• Extensive experience in pricing, sales, or downstream/operational marketing.

• The last one to two roles should have been in international pricing positions or with a prominent pricing consultancy firm.

• Familiarity with tender and reimbursement systems in Europe.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong modeling skills using Excel.

• Capability to operate independently and carry out work without significant supervision.

• Excellent leadership and influence skills.

• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

• Proficient communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in managing cross-functional, cross-country, and cross-business challenges while generating impact through others within a matrix structure and diverse cultural environment.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
