Pricing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product and leadership to create and implement scalable pricing and packaging strategies that align with corporate goals and market trends.

• Develop, monitor, and automate frameworks for pricing analytics.

• Assess pricing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategic business decisions.

• Work alongside cross-functional operational teams to facilitate the launch of new offerings, updates to packaging, and modifications in pricing.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to spot trends, identify gaps, and recognize monetization opportunities.

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Business Operations to relay strategy updates and guarantee effective execution.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Pricing and Packaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pricing or an analytical role within finance or economics.

• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS pricing models and frameworks, including subscription, usage-based, and tiered structures.

• Proficient in advanced data analysis and financial modeling.

• Capability to simplify complex datasets into strategic insights.

• Skill in converting pricing insights into clear recommendations for a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Competence in managing competing priorities effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in management consulting is an advantage.
