This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete commercialization process, from product definition to SKU creation and launch.
• Develop and enhance SOPs, tooling configurations, business rules, and the commercialization playbook on a continuous basis.
• Convert new offerings into sellable and billable structures that align with the commercial strategy.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison for intricate SKUs and pricing decisions.
• Define, track, and report on commercialization SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.
• Stay updated on AI and ML capabilities in CPQ and offer recommendations to leadership.
• Manage the entire SKU lifecycle in Conga CPQ, which includes creation, testing, release, modification, and deprecation.
• Conduct SKU audits, rationalize the catalog, and set up catalog governance workflows and standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Sales on SKU purpose, pricing strategy, contractual language, and business rules.
• Create change management processes for quotes, contracts, and renewals.
• Lead the AI and automation innovation roadmap concerning SKU and commercialization processes.
• Align with Product Management, Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Operations, FP&A, Corporate Systems, and Revenue Enablement.
• Contribute to the design of pricing strategies and monetization models.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to assess commercialization health.
• Ensure launch readiness for new products and pricing adjustments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for inquiries related to the commercialization process.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in product operations, revenue operations, deal desk, commercial program management, or a related area within a B2B SaaS company.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Conga (Apttus), focusing on product catalog management, pricing rules, approval workflows, and SKU configuration.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional process improvement or transformation initiatives with measurable business results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready documentation, SOPs, and business cases.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritize effectively under pressure, and fulfill commitments.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for team meetings, approximately 10–20% of the time.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and ARR/MRR dynamics.
• Experience in quantitative analysis, operational data, reporting frameworks, and dashboard creation.
• Ability to incorporate AI and automation into commercialization challenges, with awareness of limitations, compliance ramifications, and auditability.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI and automation concepts.
• Preferred: experience in SKU, product catalog, or similar rationalization audits.
• Preferred: experience with quote-to-cash re-platforming or significant system migrations.
• Preferred: proficiency in Sigma or Power BI.
• Preferred: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, Conga CPQ Product Administration, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe certification.
