Pricing Excellence Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee ABB’s global Pricing Excellence Program by establishing strategy, setting priorities, and initiating capability-building efforts across various countries.

• Create and conduct pricing workshops, tools, and educational programs aimed at enhancing pricing knowledge and commercial success.

• Evaluate pricing performance, pinpoint capability deficiencies, and spearhead enhancements in pricing processes, governance, and decision-making.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement pricing best practices, encourage the adoption of innovative approaches, and cultivate long-term pricing capabilities.

• Develop and continuously refine ABB's global Pricing Excellence Program.

• Create top-tier pricing content and assess pricing maturity and performance metrics.

• Partner with Global Pricing Leadership, Country Pricing Managers, Business Analytics Teams, Commercial Excellence Teams, Sales Organizations, and Business Leaders throughout ABB.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pricing, commercial excellence, strategic marketing, business analytics, consulting, or a related field.

• Familiarity with pricing methodologies, pricing processes, value-based selling, negotiations, and commercial strategy.

• Proven capability to lead complex international initiatives and effect change within diverse organizations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities in global and cross-functional settings.

• Strong analytical skills with a background in interpreting business data, recognizing insights, and converting findings into actionable strategies.

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, learning solutions, or initiatives aimed at capability building.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
