This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee commercial analytics and the generation of AI-driven insights for product launches, in-market performance, and pipeline planning within argenx US Commercialization.
• Facilitate commercial decision-making, performance management, and business planning through data management, AI integration, and self-service analytics.
• Motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable results.
• Foster a data-driven environment utilizing reliable data, scalable analytics, AI-driven techniques, and self-service insight tools.
• Provide comprehensive insights into commercial activities, customers, patients, products, and performance.
• Convert the needs of US Commercialization into analytics, reporting, and AI application use cases.
• Analyze and synthesize data to generate reports, dashboards, and recommendations suited for executive review.
• Assist senior management in preparing for investor calls and public engagements, such as earnings calls and JPM.
• Act as a senior commercial analytics advisor to business leaders in provider, patient, payor, and performance sectors.
• Promote the adoption of AI across US Commercialization.
• Evaluate commercial strategies and tactics through performance assessments, ROI analytics, predictive insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance to oversee departmental budgets, vendor contracts, and agreements.
• A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles within the biopharmaceutical sector.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, performance analytics, forecasting, or AI-enabled decision support.
• Thorough understanding of commercial data sources, reporting mechanisms, segmentation, forecasting, performance analytics, advanced analytics methodologies, and the application of AI to enhance business decision-making.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to identify business challenges and propose recommendations.
• Familiarity with leading commercial vendors in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial vendors and service providers.
• Capability to translate US Commercialization priorities into applicable data, AI, and self-service analytics requirements and adoption strategies.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and legal standards for pharmaceutical commercial operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams.
• Track record of attracting and nurturing strong talent, both internally and externally.
• Experience in start-ups and product launches is advantageous.
