This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather, organize, and leverage customer, market, and industry data to assess anticipated costs and revenues of potential business partnerships.
• Perform comprehensive financial and operational analyses to uncover cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability for prospective accounts.
• Accurately forecast costs and revenues for potential business opportunities.
• Develop optimized waste and recycling management plans utilizing RoadRunner products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to boost service efficiency, recycling rates, and overall profitability.
• Conduct pricing and financial analyses through the creation and enhancement of financial models in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Liaise with Sales to reduce downtime, improve sales velocity, and support revenue-generating opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketplace teams to align customer savings with company profitability.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships that facilitate the negotiation of material management agreements.
• Monitor and analyze market and industry trends.
• Research, track, and maintain industry data to ensure the integrity of market information.
• Produce quarterly reports for Sales leadership, offering insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and undertake ad hoc projects.
• Report to the Mid-Market Pricing Manager and engage with Sales, Sales Operations, Data, and Account Strategy.

• 0–2 years of experience in an analytical position.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Sound judgement in the face of ambiguity or incomplete information.

• Strategic mindset with the capacity to comprehend tactical details.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Excel or similar analytical tools.
• Curiosity, proactive information-seeking, and the ability to quickly absorb new skills and complex industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, Supply Chain, or a related field; an associate degree and/or relevant work experience may be accepted as a substitute.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• 5% bonus.
