This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create budgets, pricing models, and financial analyses for client proposals and fee structures.
• Examine past and present financial data to uncover pricing trends, insights on profitability, and best practices.
• Prepare and assess alternative fee structures, special rate arrangements, and other pricing solutions tailored to client requirements and RFPs.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to deliver fee estimates, pricing advice, and value-driven recommendations.
• Assist in competitive and market analysis by collecting, maintaining, and interpreting pricing data.
• Enhance knowledge of practice group economics and contribute to pricing strategies aimed at profitable growth.
• Document and advocate for pricing and profitability best practices to enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Review guidelines for outside counsel and related stipulations to ensure compliance with pricing standards.
• Work alongside the Pricing and Legal Project Management team, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, practice leaders, and attorneys throughout the firm.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supporting pricing, profitability, or financial analysis within a professional services or law firm setting.
• Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements, rate strategies, and support for client proposals.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with databases or other data analysis tools is preferred.
• Capability to synthesize complex data and convey findings clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and locations.
