Prevention & Care Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Educate dental practices about the Prevention & Care portfolio and provide solutions to both existing and new offices within a designated area.

• Engage with authorized dealers in the specified territory.

• Foster business relationships with dealers and their sales teams.

• Guide and develop distributors and dealers to promote Ivoclar Prevention & Care solutions.

• Launch new products and promotions to increase market share.

• Counsel practitioners and office personnel on effectively soft-selling products to patients.

• Provide advice to staff on strategies that can enhance office operations and improve patient care.

• Collaborate with the Ivoclar territory sales representative.

• Cultivate dental professionals as referrals and customers.

• Participate in and sell at local, regional, and national dental trade shows and seminars.

• Market the Clinical product line to dental schools while establishing relationships with directors and chairpersons.

• Utilize continuing education programs to enhance awareness, credibility, and office adoption.

• Present products to personnel at government dental facilities.

• Maintain an updated sales plan that includes sales initiatives, competitive products, and market analysis.

• A college degree.

• Experience in clinical hygiene.

• Background in dental sales.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Capability to obtain a credit card.

• Willingness to travel overnight and for multi-day business commitments.

• Entrepreneurial mindset to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.
