• Assume complete responsibility for the financial well-being, expansion, profitability, and operational execution of the business unit.

• Establish and execute a long-term vision and growth strategy that aligns with company goals and market prospects.

• Inspire and lead a diverse team across product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.

• Foster a robust performance culture and ensure effective succession planning.

• Enhance customer relationships while ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.

• Develop the product roadmap to address the changing needs of the legal industry.

• Optimize and expand operational processes while ensuring a top-notch experience for both customers and employees.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.

• Engage in M&A assessments and oversee post-acquisition integration when necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position with comprehensive P&L responsibility, preferably in B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.

• Strategic mindset coupled with practical skills in operational execution.

• In-depth knowledge of recurring revenue business models and customer lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in board and executive-level reporting.
