📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for the financial health, growth, profitability, and operational execution of the business unit.

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and growth strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.

• Lead, motivate, and cultivate a cross-functional team across product, sales, marketing, support, and operations.

• Foster a strong performance culture and implement succession planning.

• Enhance customer relationships to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction levels.

• Shape the product roadmap to address the changing needs of the legal industry.

• Optimize and scale operational processes while ensuring exceptional experiences for both customers and employees.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive forces.

• Engage in M&A assessments and oversee post-acquisition integration when necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position with comprehensive P&L accountability, preferably in B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.

• Proven history of achieving profitable growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring customer success.

• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent.

• Ability to think strategically while effectively executing operational tasks.

• In-depth knowledge of recurring revenue business models and customer lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in board and executive-level reporting.
