Presentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create engaging and high-quality presentations along with various visual materials.

• Comprehend communication objectives and improve presentation stories through thoughtful content and design selections.

• Organize and format text, images, graphs, charts, and multimedia components.

• Develop slide designs, backgrounds, and templates that align with messaging and branding strategies.

• Design and source photographs, graphics, icons, and illustrations.

• Present data in a clear, effective, and distinct manner.

• Ensure a consistent visual experience through typography, color schemes, and formatting styles.

• Follow brand guidelines and adhere to visual identity standards.

• Implement slide transitions and animation effects.

• Lead and execute creative, visual, and experiential deliverables for pre- and post-meeting events.

• Collaborate with pitch teams, presenters, subject matter experts, marketing leadership, and new business operations.

• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in presentation technology.

• Offer advice on visual communication strategies and storytelling methods.

• Integrate feedback during the review process of presentations.

• Work together with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

• Ensure presentations are polished, visually consistent, and free of errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Skilled in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

• Specialized training in presentation design is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, video, AI, and other software that enhances presentations is an advantage.
