Prescription Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Validate contact lens prescriptions by processing incoming images from customers and eye care professionals.

• Handle an average of 125 items per hour (around 875 items during an 8-hour shift).

• Adhere to standardized procedures to ensure optimal customer experience while maintaining compliance.

• Address emails and text inquiries from customers concerning their prescriptions.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding any necessary adjustments to their orders.

• Engage directly with customers via email, text, and occasionally by phone.

• Comply with 1-800 Contacts policies and procedures.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

• Strong typing abilities (minimum of 40 words per minute).

• Technical skills proficiency.

• Dependable internet connection with a minimum of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speeds.

• A private and dedicated workspace that is free from interruptions, promoting confidentiality.
