This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Act as the technical trusted advisor for CustomerGauge to mid-market and enterprise prospects across Europe and North America, and occasionally beyond.
β’ Manage the technical and customer experience program aspects of intricate, high-value sales cycles.
β’ Collaborate with account executives from the initial discovery call through to technical closure.
β’ Align platform capabilities with quantifiable business outcomes.
β’ Lead discovery sessions, solution architecture, proof-of-concept initiatives, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
β’ Shape, qualify, and expedite deals from both technical and domain perspectives.
β’ Convert business and technical requirements into solution designs that encompass integration architecture, data flows, program configuration, and implementation strategies.
β’ Oversee responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security inquiries.
β’ Conduct technical deep-dives with IT, data, and operations stakeholders.
β’ Create and present customized demos and proofs of concept.
β’ Interact with IT architects, program owners, and C-suite executives.
β’ Transition closed deals to services and account management, including scope, solution design, and success criteria.
β’ Provide competitive insights and prospect needs to product and marketing teams.
β’ Develop demo environments, reference architectures, and presales materials.
β’ Occasionally assist existing customers with expansion sales initiatives.
β’ Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
β’ 3-5+ years of experience in presales solutions consulting or sales engineering, preferably within B2B SaaS.
β’ In-depth, practical knowledge in Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer experience measurement, or customer feedback programs; this expertise is mandatory.
β’ Experience in designing and implementing Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs.
β’ Proven capability to guide complex technical sales cycles at the enterprise level, including solution architecture, integration design, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept activities.
β’ Established record as a technical trusted advisor whose insights are sought by prospects regarding architecture, program design, and strategic direction.
β’ Proficiency in enterprise data and integration ecosystems, including CRM, ERP, data warehouses, APIs, SSO, and security and compliance standards.
β’ Strong executive presence; effective in both technical deep-dives and presentations to C-suite executives.
β’ Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
β’ Experience with survey, customer experience, or analytics platforms.
β’ Capability to support European sales cycles during reasonable hours aligned with the East Coast.
