Presales Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct and deliver technical online presentations for prospective clients.

• Develop and personalize trial portals to showcase the significance and functionality of the LMS.

• Create use cases for potential clients and address integration inquiries.

• Resolve issues that prospects face while using the LMS.

• Answer technical and functional questionnaires.

• Support the proposals team in responding to RFIs by addressing use case or technical questions.

• Participate in on-site demonstrations alongside Account and Sales Executives.

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to customize demos according to the system needs of prospective clients.

• Provide technical assistance to clients and support their journey as prospects.

• Creative mindset with the capability to think critically and tackle complex challenges.

• Results-driven approach with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and extensive timelines, particularly in Enterprise-level projects or with large clients.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities, with the skill to navigate and establish relationships across Enterprise stakeholders.

• Completion of a post-secondary degree or certification, preferably in business, technology, or a related field relevant to Enterprise solutions.

• A blend of technical expertise and client-facing sales support experience, ideally assisting Enterprise clients or large organizations.

• Experience in SaaS, software sales, or sales support, with familiarity in Enterprise-level contracts, solution selling, or intricate deal structures.

• Proficiency with AbsorbLMS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Confluence, and Zoom.

• Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship.

• Candidates who are successful will undergo pre-employment background checks, including a criminal record verification.
