This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full ownership of the solution selection process, which encompasses operating model discovery, solution design, customer demonstrations, technical evaluations, workshops, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical validation.
• Identify and outline customer product operating models, planning cadences, workflows, governance frameworks, and data hierarchies.
• Create and present customized demonstrations that link strategic objectives to daily platform workflows.
• Set up accounts, manage data mapping, facilitate integrations, and develop custom use cases throughout the evaluation phase.
• Manage technical requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposals (RFP).
• Continuously enhance knowledge of Dragonboat's capabilities, advancing product operations methodologies and AI-driven workflows.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Act as the strategic and technical liaison among sales, product, and customer teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Operations, PMO, strategy, or transformation leader within technology firms.
• More than 2 years in client-facing positions, including presales, consulting, account management, or professional services.
• Profound knowledge of strategic planning, portfolio management, roadmap development, quarterly planning, prioritization, and product delivery processes.
• Practical experience in mapping, structuring, and configuring data models.
• Ability to convert complex enterprise workflows and data hierarchies into comprehensible, scalable platform schemas.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Linear, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated capability in configuring automated workflows and system integrations.
• Excellent presentation skills with confidence in leading discussions with C-suite executives, technical administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong inclination towards applied learning in AI and autonomous tools.
• Skilled in designing workflows for both internal and customer-facing purposes.
• Ability to comprehend overarching business strategies and execute technical setups and data integrations effectively.
• High agency, quick learning abilities, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience as a Dragonboat administrator or power user is desirable.
