Prelude Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with a substantial backlog of enhancement requests concerning patient access, registration, scheduling, and revenue cycle operations.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and collect business requirements from operational stakeholders.

• Examine current workflows to pinpoint opportunities for process and system enhancements.

• Design, develop, test, and implement improvements and optimizations for Epic Prelude.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational objectives and existing system capabilities.

• Offer recommendations on best practices for Epic and workflow design.

• Oversee enhancements throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial intake and analysis to deployment and support.

• Operate independently while managing multiple initiatives and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Prelude certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Prelude Analyst, encompassing build, optimization, and enhancement tasks.

• Strong comprehension of workflows related to patient access, registration, scheduling, and revenue cycle.

• Proven experience in facilitating requirements gathering, conducting workflow analysis, testing, and providing end-user support.

• Capability to work autonomously and drive projects from concept to implementation.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

• Prior experience in supporting significant enhancement, optimization, or operational improvement projects is preferred.

• Must meet employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify.
