This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Oversee the regional implementation of the U.S. Precision Medicine strategy through targeted account plans that align with both the current and future oncology portfolio.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders in oncology, pathology, laboratory, practice, population health, and health systems.
• Evaluate patient testing pathways, biomarker routes, and testing landscapes at the account level.
• Pinpoint opportunities that enhance patient identification and decision-making driven by biomarkers.
• Assess account readiness for forthcoming product launches.
• Convert insights from customers, markets, and testing into actionable strategies.
• Provide approved education on precision medicine, resources, biomarker testing strategies, and diagnostic solutions.
• Work collaboratively across various functions to eliminate operational hurdles, coordinate customer engagement, and align resources effectively.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Keep precise business records.
• Execute activities in accordance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
• Report directly to the National Director of Precision Medicine Accounts at JNJ Oncology.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S. required).
• At least 8 years of business experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Precision Medicine is mandatory.
• Experience in oncology is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips, is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license valid in all 50 United States is necessary.
• Proven strategic approach to customer interactions and a demonstrated ability to effect meaningful change.
• Ability to advance initiatives and execute effectively within a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of the precision medicine marketplace.
• Capability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and identify current and future opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven high level of commercial capabilities and a track record of success in previous commercial roles.
• Commitment to learning and utilizing emerging technologies, including AI.
