Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for strategic proposals and major deals from inception to completion

• Gather contributions from various disciplines to create a unified narrative

• Evaluate and assist in validating the cross-disciplinary, cross-regional model

• Manage intricate proposals from beginning to end, integrating Growth, CRM, Data, Technology, Design, Salesforce, and Creative based on the specific requirements of each deal

• Involve supporting technical experts and, for major deals, principals, at the appropriate moment

• Coordinate stakeholders while not necessarily performing every task

• Aid in the commercial qualification of opportunities both before and during the engagement

• Maintain a workload of four projects each month, balancing thoroughness with capacity

• Provide operational insights to refine proposal sizing

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior consulting background with proven experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary proposals

• Expertise in one of the core areas—Growth, CRM, Data, Technology, Design, or Experience—with adequate knowledge of each domain’s terminology for effective orchestration

• Excellent synthesis and strategic storytelling abilities to convert diverse technical inputs into a unified, persuasive, and marketable proposal

• Capability to work autonomously and engage directly with decision-makers on the client side

• Comfortable managing people without having formal authority over them

• Proficiency in Spanish is required

• Proficiency in English is preferred

• Prior experience in a digital agency or consultancy is advantageous

• Experience with major deals or multidisciplinary RFPs is beneficial
