Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, People Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Prepare and deliver engaging live product demonstrations customized to address the organizational, HR, AI transformation, and measurement challenges of prospects.

• Develop tailored content, metrics, and data mockups for HR scenarios encompassing talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, retention, and AI impact evaluation.

• Collaborate with Account Executives on intricate RFPs.

• Compose functional descriptions highlighting product capabilities.

• Manage ad-hoc product inquiries.

• Create captivating product videos to showcase features and generate market enthusiasm.

• Participate in initiatives that support the sales team and enhance pre-sales efforts.

• Attend local and regional events.

• Conduct on-site demonstrations and present to audiences about One Model products.

• Engage with prospects throughout the sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in HR, Workforce Intelligence, and/or AI transformational software pre-sales.

• Capability to quickly learn a platform and demonstrate it with confidence.

• Understanding of basic people analytics concepts.

• Ability to modify presentations based on prospect inquiries and needs.

• Skill in generating enthusiasm for products and clearly articulating the value proposition.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in building rapport and interpreting audience reactions.

• Competence in discussing advanced analytics, metrics development, and system adoption with CHROs, HR leaders, and AI Transformational Officers.

• Ability to converse about data logic with IT and technical stakeholders.

• Adaptability and effective time management skills when handling multiple priorities.

• Willingness to accommodate calls and Slack messages during evening hours in London time.

• Candidates ideally located near London; applicants from the UK will be considered, followed by those in continental Europe.
