Cloud Services Consultant – PreSales, OpenStack, VMware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance on cloud platforms and managed services to the sales teams across netgo regions as well as to end customers.

• Take charge of the technical pre-sales process independently.

• Create technical concepts and customer-specific solution designs based on platform blueprints, along with effort estimates.

• Execute Cloud Readiness Assessments.

• Conduct sizing and capacity planning for computing, storage, and networking resources.

• Design customer-specific environments within the platform, including tenant segments, networking configurations, SLAs, and backup solutions.

• Formulate solution architectures and migration strategies, especially for transitions to the target platform.

• Present and showcase cloud solutions, mainly through remote sessions.

• Develop operational concepts and business cases.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Architecture, and Sales to guarantee feasible solutions.

• Integrate customer feedback from conversations into the continuous development of the cloud service portfolio.
