This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to individuals and groups, encompassing both patients and their families.
• Utilize measurement-based care to guide treatment planning effectively.
• Lead and collaborate with members of the care team, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Provide constructive feedback on program curricula and training protocols.
• Offer insights on the application of technology in treatment methodologies.
• Stay informed about risk management considerations.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Engage in initial and ongoing training related to evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate CBT-based skill-building or practice groups for parents and caregivers, incorporating elements of ACT and PMT.
• Must hold a Provisional / Associate Social Work License and a Master's Degree from an accredited Social Work program, or a Provisional / Associate Counseling License with a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program.
• An active license in Rhode Island is required.
• Completion of a graduate-level clinical internship that includes therapy training is mandatory.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, specifically those with anxiety and related disorders, is preferred.
• Experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to engage with new technologies are necessary.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities are essential.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment is expected.
• Culturally responsive approach regarding diversity and inclusion is required.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information is critical.
• Commitment to achieving independent licensure is expected.
• Master's-level clinicians must secure independent licensure within six months after completing supervised clinical experience and fulfilling other state requirements; doctoral-level psychologists must achieve this within nine months.
