This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide family-centered, evidence-informed individual and group clinical care for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
• Utilize measurement-based care to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate and lead within the care team, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Offer feedback on program curricula and training protocols.
• Provide insights on the technological applications used in treatment.
• Stay informed about risk management considerations.
• Ensure documentation is completed promptly and comprehensively.
• Engage in initial and ongoing training focused on evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate CBT-based skills or practice groups for parents and caregivers, incorporating ACT and PMT concepts.
• Provisional / Associate Counseling License along with a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Must possess an active license in Pennsylvania.
• Prior graduate-level clinical internship that includes therapy training is required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with anxiety and related disorders, is preferred.
• Experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT are advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively.
• Commitment to progressing towards independent licensure.
• Master's-level clinicians are required to obtain independent licensure within six months after fulfilling supervised clinical experience and other state mandates; doctoral-level psychologists must achieve this within nine months.
