This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Deliver evidence-informed individual and group clinical services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
• Employ measurement-based strategies to guide treatment planning.
• Lead and collaborate with members of the care team, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Offer insights on program curricula and training protocols.
• Provide feedback on the integration of technology in treatment approaches.
• Stay informed about risk management considerations.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Engage in initial and ongoing training focused on evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate CBT-oriented skills or skills-practice groups for parents and caregivers, incorporating elements of ACT and PMT.
• Provisional / Associate Social Work License and a Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work, or Provisional / Associate Counseling License with a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program.
• An active license in Maine.
• Completion of a graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training is required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with anxiety and related disorders, is preferred.
• Preferred experience and training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to engage with new technologies.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
• Culturally responsive approach to diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Commitment to advancing towards independent licensure.
• Master's-level clinicians are required to obtain independent licensure within six months after completing supervised clinical experience and meeting other state requirements; doctoral-level psychologists must do so within nine months.
