📋 Description

• Support in the planning, implementation, and analysis of cross-media marketing campaigns across Social Media, Email Marketing, and Search.

• Creation of creative, target group-oriented texts, images, and short videos for various channels.

• Management of social media profiles and engagement with the community.

• Expansion of reach among parents and potential tutors.

• Participation in SEO initiatives and the creation of relevant content for the corporate blog.

• Conducting market and competitive analyses as well as identifying trends.

• Analysis of marketing KPIs and preparation of reports.

• Assistance with digital events, informational webinars, and online workshops.

• Digitalization and optimization of marketing processes.

• Utilization of Claude for research, content creation, campaign planning, analysis, and process optimization.

• Development of effective prompts and efficient use of AI.

• Contribution of personal perspectives and ideas in meetings.

• Collaboration as a full-fledged member of a small, ambitious team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent German language skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Education or studies in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Educational Management, Pedagogy, or a related field.

• Availability to start a full-time internship of 42 hours per week immediately.

• Standard internship duration of 3 months; in the case of mandatory internships, a duration of up to 6 months is possible.

• Independent, structured, and reliable work style.
